After the murder of Lamin “La Banga” Carter, Stacy English, aka “Real Life Da God,” a local crack addict kid, was arrested and sentenced to twelve years for the crime. He became a stigmatized man on the streets of Park Hill. After being released, Life tells his side of the tragic events in order to clear his name.
